Jewellery Warranty
You will be pleased to know many brands of jewellery that we stock have warranty. The brands listed below all carry a limited lifetime warranty, that covers defects in materials and workmanship, This limited warranty begins at the time of purchase and is non-transferable, and any sale, transfer, or disposal of the product by purchaser will void this warranty. This limited lifetime warranty only extends to the original consumer/purchaser.

Warranty does NOT cover:

​​Loss of Jewellery.

​Improper use.

Damage cause by mishandling/improper fitting.

Exposure to solvents or chemicals.

Failure to follow product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance.

Modifications.

Unauthorised repair.

Normal wear and tear.

External causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond reasonable control.
How to claim & return
To obtain a warranty service, you must contact us (Percus), the independent retailer that sold you the product to arrange a return, and provide proof of purchase (ideally a copy of the original receipt).

Once we have acknowledged your return, we will send you a returns form for you to complete.

Worn jewellery will need to be sealed in a plastic grip lock bag or similar, then posted back to us complete with the returns form in a padded envelope, all parts of the jewellery must be present to be able to submit a claim.

To ensure we receive it, we always recommend sending it via a fully insure and tracked delivery service.
(We Percus, will not cover return postage charges for warranty claims)
What happens next?
Once we have received your item, we will submit your claim for validation with the manufacturer and advise you on the outcome.
If the claim is validated, the piece will either be sent for repair (with which we will discuss time frames with you) or we will arrange for a new piece to be delivered to you.
