Delivery Policy

Processing Time:

 

  • You should expect to receive you item with in 5 working days from the time of purchase.

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days from the time the order is placed (Monday-Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

 

Shipping Charges:

 

  • Shipping charges are based on destination.

 

Delivery Times:

 

  • Once processed, you item will be sent the next business day using a tracked delivery service.

 

Tracking Your Order:

 

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package.

 

International Shipping:

 

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping times vary.

  • Any customs duties/import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 


Return Policy

 

Returns and Exchanges:

 

  • We accept returns within 21 days of delivery.

  • To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its un-opened original packaging.

 

How to Return an Item:

 

  • Contact our customer service team at info@percus.co.uk to initiate a return.

  • Provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.

 

Return Shipping:

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure that the item is safely returned.

 

Refunds:

 

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, usually taking 3-5days after to appear in your account.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges:

 

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at info@percus.co.uk and we can help to arrange this.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

 

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product.

 

Final Sale Items:

 

  • Custom items (including anodised jewellery) may be marked as “Final Sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged.
